Are you a visitor?
Visitors can create a parking account to pay and appeal parking citations. Visitor short term parking permits are not available to purchase online. To see how to buy a short term parking permit, visit: sou.edu/parking. Visitor parking accounts are intended solely for individuals who do not have an active SOU email account. Students, Faculty and Staff members are required to use the "SOU Parking" button and login with their SOU network account.
